Role: Site Manager
Salary: £38,000-40,000 plus benefits
You will be working for a dynamic and rapidly growing group consisting of developer, main contractor and letting agent. As one of Yorkshire's more innovative developers, you will be involved in refurbishing properties acquired by the Group through private purchase or 3rd party investment and converting them to high-end, luxury accommodation. Listed buildings, mills and warehouses all make up the portfolio of the Group and you will be tasked with the rip-out and re-fitting of these buildings to provide bespoke city-centre living across Yorkshire. The Group are also becoming increasingly active in the refurbishment of commercial properties and public buildings which will provide a variety of projects to manage.
A trade background is desirable and particularly experience required includes partitioning, dry-lining and joinery.
Operating as both the client and the contractor, you will benefit from a smooth operating environment, free of red-tape and typical external issues.
To ensure that the overall construction process is effectively, safely and efficiently managed.
·Comply with all Health & Safety legislation
·Supervise all subcontract trades where applicable
·Co-ordination of material deliveries ensuring an efficient build
·Schedule works to ensure production targets are met and high quality of product is achieved
·Ensure all working methods are performed correctly and to a high standard
·Complete all required paperwork produced from site, updates, Health & Safety, environmental, material returns, wage sheets
·At all times, comply with our client's Construction policies, procedures and instructions
·Implement any new ideas/methods and seek ways of both improving contributions to the organisation's goals ensuring the reputation of the company
·Liaise with our client's representatives (where applicable) to ensure highest possible satisfaction and all relevant inspections are completed on time.

Experience & Qualifications
·At least 3 years' Site Management experience (essential)
·Demonstrable experience of refurbishment projects (essential)
·Experience in dry-lining, partitioning and suspended ceilings (on the tools or in management)
·Experience of listed buildings/mills/warehouse conversion projects (desirable)
·Experience of high-spec residential fit-out (desirable)
·5 Day SMSTS (essential)
·First Aid (essential)
·CSCS Card (essential)
